HOW WE PROTECT

What we do with your information

Account security

Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We monitor login attempts from new devices and can freeze your account instantly if you spot unusual activity. Two-factor authentication is available in Settings.

Payment data

Deposit and withdrawal requests are tokenised so we never see your full card or bank details. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transfers are verified through their official APIs. Settlement happens within one business day.

Cookies and tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to count which games are played most in Bandung and across Indonesia. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing access.

Data retention

Gameplay history and account logs stay on file for seven years for regulatory compliance, where local law permits. After you close your account, we delete personal data within 30 days unless a legal hold applies.

Third-party access

We share data only with payment processors, game studios and fraud-detection services. These partners sign data-processing agreements and cannot use your data for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can request access to all data we hold about you, correct inaccurate details, download your records or request deletion where local law permits. Contact [email protected] with your account username.
